I met Mandar in a seminar and I found that probably I was considerably lacking in several fields of job application like preparing resume, phone interviews, etc.In the second meeting Mandar fixed few of the problems and then after all the meetings I was ready to go. 

After exactly one month, I got the break through that i was waiting for. I am now working in this company for last one month and everything is just going fine. A big credit goes to Mandar for the steps he took in order to prepare me so that i could drag the attention of employers.
